With over 20 years of clinical experience, Mark provides expert treatment of a diverse and complicated range of conditions including, but not limited to:

If Mark is booked out, we are happy to add you to our waitlist and will call you if an appointment opens up earlier than your scheduled appointment. Please call reception or send us a message letting us know your availability.

 

We require 24 hours notice of your cancellation. Please call our clinic directly or respond to the appointment reminder sms sent to you. Late cancellations and “no shows” will attract a $65 fee as we are unable to rebook your appointment with a patient from our waitlist.

 

Yes! Onsite private health insurance and Medicare claims are available at both clinic locations.

If you have a Doctor approved care plan (for specific chronic conditions), then bring your referral, Medicare Card and Debit Card to claim rebates onsite.

Wear comfortable clothing.  Women will be given a gown to wear during treatment.

 

If you are a new patient, please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment to allow time to complete the necessary forms.

OSTEOPATHY

 
 

Osteopathy aims to deliver comprehensive and hands-on care of the physical body, joints, muscles, nerves and connective tissues.

Osteopaths use a variety of treatment techniques to identify dysfunction in the body. Treatment is suitable for people of all ages.

Mark provides treatment of musculo-skeletal dysfunction that may result from:

  • pregnancy

  • birth

  • workplace stress and activity

  • sport and leisure activities

  • chronic illness or sickness

  • accidents

  • aging

  • hereditary conditions

  • general wear and tear to the body

 

Osteopaths use a variety of treatment techniques to identify, influence and manage dysfunction in the body.  These techniques may include:           

  • stretching 

  • massage

  • mobilisation of joints and tissues

  • muscle energy techniques

  • other gentle indirect techniques 

Osteopaths can also advise on stretching and strengthening exercises, nutrition, posture and stress management.  

 

Osteopaths complete at least 5 years of university studying advanced levels of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and osteopathic techniques. They are government registered and need to comply with continuing professional education regulations.​

 

Osteopathy treatment is available to people of all ages. Mark has extensive experience treating newborns to adults.
